The University’s environmental sustainability policy is guided by these principles: human rights-based, participatory, non-discriminatory, gender-fair, social justice, and ecological balance.
This document outlines the University’s commitment to environmental sustainability. This commitment is to be promoted to its faculty, staff, and students as well as the larger UP Diliman Community, as everybody is expected to contribute to this endeavor.

It continues to work towards the realization of these six SDGs: 1) SDG 3 Health and Wellbeing, 2) SDG 4 Quality Education, 3) SDG 5 Gender Equality, 4) SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities, 5) SDG 13 Climate Action, and 6) SDG 17 Partnership for the Goals.
